13.01.2022 Ahimsa | Non Violence ... if you have looked a little deeper into your yoga practice, you would know that it’s more than just making shapes with the body (even though this element is awesome). Living yoga- is living by many philosophies & one of them is Ahimsa- which means non violence. We are all birthed of the same energy, therefore we are connected- so it’s our duty and honour to choose a life of non violence. Our actions, words, diet, beliefs, consumption choices and treatment of all living beings can be non- violent.
