25.01.2022 Another great landscape irrigation setup designed and installed by @andrewspencerlandscaping. Paired with a @rainbird ESP-Me irrigation controller, the QS200 Ultrasonic allows the irrigation controller to detect and alert in instances of high, low and no flow, leaks, no power, no start times and even flow when the system is off, all with accuracy and reliability. The A1 series allows for real time flow rates on the panel at-a-glance as well as batch and accumulative totals.

21.01.2022 Recently completed! Custom painted 3" flowmeters for a bulk fuel transfer application. Complete with ANSI flanges, quadrature pulse output NMI and ExD approvals. @ Sydney, Australia

21.01.2022 These meters manufactured right here in Sydney are headed for an oil company renovating a mine site in Central QLD. They will be using some of these meters to replace aging (and inaccurate) meters on their existing oil storage tanks whilst the remainder will be used on a new Fuel Farm currently being built on the same site. Our FLOMEC Large Capacity OM-Series Oval Gear meters like these 3" flanged meters are well suited to precise measurement of fuels, oils, solvents, alcohols, mildly aggressive chemicals, and various other clean industrial liquids. Flow rates from 35L/min to 2500L/min, combined with low pressure drop, weights and measures (A/NZ only) and various hazardous area certifications make the large capacity OM-Series meters well suited to almost any liquid transfer or application whether pumped or gravity-fed.

16.01.2022 Job done. Another completed batch of FLOMEC AIM Blocks, a manifold assembly complete with isolating, flow regulating & check valves, a fine mesh strainer, solenoid valve & a precision oval gear flowmeter completed in record time, headed for South America. The AIM Block is perfect for injecting small amounts of modifying additives & performance enhancing agents into fuels, & base products, and will work well with any controller or TAS system, serving as a composite slave assembly for an accurate blending of fuel additives to fuels at loading facilities, stationary & mobile transfer units within the petroleum industry worldwide. @ Sydney, Australia

12.01.2022 For irrigation installers and systems designers alike, a major consideration in the creation and installation of an irrigation system is its reliability and integrity. A staple item in the irrigation industry for decades has been mechanical flow sensors. Unfortunately, mechanical flow sensors are inaccurate, struggle to perform at low flow rates that cannot turn the impeller, are costly to maintain due to wear parts and require frequent replacement. What ...most people do not know, is that there is an extremely cost-effective alternative to this - Ultrasonic technology. Not having moving parts means Ultrasonic technology can read very low flows and has the capacity for extended leak detection. No moving parts also means no wearable parts resulting in virtually no maintenance and a significantly longer hardware lifespan - all with plug and play installation and direct replacement capacity! 03.01.2022 Want to reduce maintenance and increase the reliability of your irrigation systems? Take a look at the winner of the New Product Contest 2018 as awarded by the Irrigation Association. Designed to support commercial irrigation applications, the QS200 Insertion Ultrasonic Flowmeter is engineered to provide exceptional accuracy at low flow rates reducing system maintenance and improving system reliability by eliminating false alarms in drip systems caused by inaccurate flow sen...sors and identifying blocked sprinklers before costly damage can occur. The QS200's extended leak detection can detect flow rates at 5x lower than current flow sensor technology. The QS200's lack of moving parts means low cost of ownership and zero maintenance. Simple installation and direct compatibility with common irrigation name brands allows for plug and play installation allowing for the benefits of installing a QS200 Ultrasonic Flowmeter to be achieved within minutes.
