23.01.2022 I always get too excited to get grooming I forget the before shots! So here’s a post-bath-drowned-rat-look before photo of cutie pie Lulu Today Lulu had what I call a function over fashion clip as she’s very head shy and sensitive with her front legs; but she did incredibly well this time around and we were able to do so much more then our first groom! She even took treats from me this time so I’m happy to say I think she’s warming up to me... #futurebffsinthemaking

17.01.2022 Happy Monday! Little Miss Groomer was up since 5:50am this morning (couldn’t quite make the 5am start ) to participate in the long awaited National Cat Grooming Conference run by #NCGI!! Just from the first day I’ve learnt more about how to pamper your kitties the professional and best way and I’m so excited to get grooming again after lockdown! I miss my kitties and hope to pamper you all soon! I’ve got some new exciting packages and changes with my services and be updating you all soon

13.01.2022 Got some good news and bad news... Good news is the Victorian government is opening up grooming salons and shops again on the 28th September! Yay! This means all the poor pets can get clean and comfortable again! Bad news is...this does not extend to mobile groomers. Which is Floof Miss Groomer is going to see what she can do and be in touch with you if you’re on the wait list as soon as she can. ... In the mean time if your pet is overdue for a groom please reach out to the salons and shops! Hopefully I will see you again in the future.

12.01.2022 It’s alternating colour nails time! (Yes Steven the cheeky boy nibbled one of his nails already ) Isis on the other hand is very used to her pedicure and keeps them very pristine for a very long time!

10.01.2022 This little cutie Tia (sister to preciously featured Lulu) also is warming up to me and did very well for her groom today! As she has skin issues we gave her poodle feet so she can have her #malaseb foot baths with ease!

03.01.2022 So what does this mean for Floof Grooming? - strict protocols as per usual with all visits; please don’t book if you or a household member is sick, waiting for test results, or have been in close contact with a COVID positive person. - limited grooms are booked per day to ensure proper measures and cleaning are taken between grooms - all non-essential grooms will unfortunately have to be postponed and restricted to essential grooms ie matting removal, hygiene grooms, overgr...own nail trims etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need further clarification - bookings are now unfortunately limited to clients and furbubs within 5km of Thornbury Depending on the industry-specific restrictions that will be released with more details tomorrow, Floof will be here for you and your pet. 02.01.2022 Before and after shots of Toby McCutiePatootie!! Now Toby is a bit timid and he used to go to the vets to get sedated for his grooms. His Mummy really tries but brushing him is also a big No Thank You!! In his individual case, gabapentin was recommended and then dispensed at his usual vet clinic. So the result? A very smoochy and happy kitty that did very well for his groom! Lots of love and purring ensued post groom He’s now much more comfortable with all those knots and m...atts off!
