24.01.2022 Woolworths Joondalup Floorscapes have recently completed another significant project in the complete refurbishment of the Woolworths Store in Joondalup. Given a timeframe of completion of 14 weeks, the team managed to fully prep and relay 4000m of Commercial Vinyl Tiles. This involved a major preparation period in uplifting the existing flooring using our Lightning ride on Tile Stripper, multiple head diamond grinder and laying 4000m of engineered screed to ensure all floor... areas were levelled before the installation of the new flooring. This was achieved in a 12 week time period out of normal business hours while the Store remained fully operational. 08.01.2022 Applecross Senior High School The Applecross Senior High School Redevelopment project consisted of the construction of a new building and the refurbishment of existing facilities. The school was built in 1958 and is heritage listed. This Huge project by Cockram Constructions consisted of the refurbishment of the 5,000m existing school buildings as well as the addition of 8,000m of new buildings. Floorscapes firstly undertook the preparation and uplift of all of the existing... floors, a multitude of floor preparation techniques were used including levelling and applications of moisture barriers where required. The new flooring was laid to both the existing buildings and the new including the Gymnasium, Library, Administration areas, Auditorium and of course to the classrooms. One of the biggest challenges of the project was ensuring that the school staff/students were not impacted in their day to day activities. The school staff and students were moved around progressively to accommodate the construction stages. Once again all delivered on Time and Budget!! See more

In 2008 the federal funding from the (BER) seen monies injected into the school to upgrade its facilities.
