13.01.2022 ’Almost three decades of rugby had left me with a damaged body and bad posture. I was willing to give all exercise regimes a go and had tried many "manly" programs before Pilates. Mandy took great interest in my history and goals and we got to work straightaway. Pilates was much harder and more demanding than I thought and it gets results.
