25.01.2022 Golden I've been loving making these gift bouquets lately. When I put an arrangement together, my natural tendency is to go for few varieties that have a certain boldness about them, and then add some foliage for texture and interest, but I admire so many styles of floristry. From ultra modern to just-picked- from-the-field style posies, there is beauty in everything. Working with flowers is such an interesting thing to do. Style and taste is so subjective, so I always get... nervous about whether or not I'm on the right track for the brief, and whether the client and recipient will love their gift. This year has been so full on, life with a school kid and a baby turned toddler has been professionally challenging, and personally exhausting but still so rewarding and so much FUN.
