18.01.2022 Self-love. It can seem so hard to achieve for so many of us, yet it has wide-spread positive impacts in every corner of our lives. Learning to love ourselves first means we bring our strongest, most capable self into relationships.

18.01.2022 Until we learn to identify our malfunctioning behavioural patterns we will continue to repeat them over and over again. . . . .... . . #counselling #therapy #boundaries #personalcare #relationships #selfcare #personaldevelopment #love #wellbeing #emotionalwellbeing #flourish #motivation #inspiration See more

15.01.2022 Hiya I'm Bronwyn and I'm a Mental Health Counsellor. I specialise in diverse relationship structures including all forms of ethical non-monogamy (polyamory, kink, BDSM, swingers). I also work with many individuals living with chronic illness, and in dating support. I have a deep passion for social inclusion and acceptance of relationship diversity, and strongly believe consensual non-monogamy can be a fabulous relationship structure for those wanting to participate. Having... lived with chronic illness for 29 years, I know all too well the struggles of existing within the medical model. Add on top of that social barriers, financial pressures and symptoms, and life can get pretty complicated for those living with long-term health issues! And finally, dating support. This area sometimes links in with the first two, but it also includes a huge amount of self discovery and client personal growth! What do you want in a partner? Have you dealt with your past experiences? What do you have to offer a relationship? The best part of my job is assisting individuals to live their most authentic lives!

12.01.2022 Image what you would be capable of achieving if you let go of the expectations of others! So much of our self-belief or worth is structured from how others perceive us, what they think we are capable of, and what they think we should or shouldn't be doing. You may see this in the way you were raised, the friends you've had and the society you've lived in. But how do you push past a lifetime of living a certain way? Perceiving yourself a certain way? Counselling can help y...ou identify where your faulty self-belief comes from, in order to find a path forward into the life you genuinely want to be living. . . . . . . #counselling #therapy #boundaries #personalcare #relationships #selfcare #personaldevelopment #love #wellbeing #emotionalwellbeing #flourish #achievements #goals See more

05.01.2022 What do you do to look after yourself in the long term? Sure, self-care can involve baths, chocolate and fuzzy socks. But often we need more regular self-care in order to maintain a good life balance. It could be visiting your counsellors once a month, eating health meals, learning to switch off from work when you get home, keeping in contact with friends who bring happiness and light to your life... Finding what works for you is key. . .... . . . #selfcare #motivation #metime #counselling #therapy #mentalhealth #restandrelaxation #relationships #friendship #lifestyle #personalgrowth See more
