25.01.2022 A really quick exercise to show just how well you can speak "on the spot" - think of something you are passionate about (for example smoking in public places) then argue the opposite to your feelings for 1 minute. Make sure you record it, you will be amazed at just how eloquent you can be even when the topic is not to your liking!
