25.01.2022 It's been a long while since we have shared a recipe. This one has got to be one of my all time favourite salads and it is so quick and easy! What is your favourite salad? Warm Chicken, Pineapple & Avo Salad ... Ingredients; 1 chicken breast 1 avocado 2 cups spinach leaves 1 handful blueberries 1/4 fresh pineapple 1 tbs lime juice 1 ts honey Method; Chop and cook pineapple in seperate non-stick pan. Heat non-stick pan, cook chicken pieces. Chop and cook pineapple in seperate non-stick pan Add spinach leaves, blueberries and chopped avocado into a bowl. Add the cooked chicken breast and pineapple. In a small condiments bowl mix lime juice and honey together until a dressing is formed.
