11.01.2022 Today I visited the Calvary Clinic in Bruce to see a painting I commissioned for a medical office. This painting is really special to me as it was made with two kids Chloe and Charlotte and their mum Janie. Something for them to be proud on owning something they helped on :D and a surprise present for the husband medical office. The painting is called: Find The Treasure ... The painting was made with a quest attached to find where the treasure is as a mystery for the kids. An oval painting is being made as I speak to show what the treasure looks like. To be continued :) A few photos taken inside to show the vibe! And detail shots taken outside:) If anyone wants to go see it, this is the address: Suite 16, Calvary Clinic, 40 Mary Potter CCT, Bruce (Dr Pok Kern Tan office)

09.01.2022 Here for you, girlfriend! This painting was inspired by two of my closest friends who has been there every step of the way. 3 different women who are there for each other and goes through hard obstacles without quiting.... It shows women empowerment when together and influences that even if you have a different skin colour, you are beautiful and loved. A bit of a mixed media journey this one. Using watercolour paint, watercolour pencils, sharpies, copic pens, gel pens, archival ink and acrylic paint. If this piece has touched you, let me know below

09.01.2022 Introducing "There's Beauty In All Trauma" Microfiber Tea Towel I have come to realisation that lots of people this year have been suffering. I made a tea towel in memory of the bushfires that happened in 2019 and 2020. An accessory to help seeing beauty in everything even when a traumatic experience has happened.... I can only talk from a far perspective, but I would like to bring ease with colour and vibrancy to people’s life. The design is called ‘’Fly High Little Bird’’ and was painted in December 2019 and January 2020, when fires and smoke were intoxicating our lives in Australia. The bird is a symbol of determination and coming out of hardship. This is made to bring your inspiration keeping going and remind you that you are strong like the bird. This tea towel is made in Australia by The Linen Press Factory and is printed on Microfiber. It is soft to touch and super absorbent giving a pop of colour to your kitchen. Anyone can use it for many purposes; either to dry your hands or to clean your kitchen bench. The price of each tea towel is $38.50 and $1.00 will be donated to WWF Australia. Reduction of 10% off when buying 10 or more will be applied. Size: 70 x 50 cm Remember that this tea towel can be used for any trauma you had. Bringing beauty and colour back to your life. FlorieArt
