After months of campaigning by Gomeroi woman Rachael McPhail, this step is the first in what will hopefully be a series of changes to make including this information easier by matching traditional place names to postcodes, and including an acknowledgement of country on packaging materials. Auspost have now updated their addressing guidelines... to reflect this, and we've made changes to our website today as well to include this field. Matt collects the parcels from the shop every day after work and does the post office run, Ava (7) often helps pack parcels and has some fabric design aspirations, and Hazel (18 months) loves to stick stickers on your parcels (and peel them off again), and is my little side kick in the shop most days. She par...ticularly enjoys sitting in the window screaming "BYE" at people walking past the shop! . This is (part of) the behind the scenes Flossy team! Theres even every colour of the rainbow (and then some) available in 25mm, which is perfect for exposed waistbands on leggings and underwear. 3mm and 6mm are suitable for mask making, and weve been told that it is great to sew with. Dont take the low price as a reflection of the quality, were just making sure that the price is kept down to ensure that everyone that needs it can get their hand...s on it.
