23.01.2022 I was absolutely honoured to make this wedding cake for Lauren and Elise last weekend. Top tier is vanilla, middle is red velvet and bottom is chocolate mud, layered and covered in white chocolate ganache. I wish you both much love, happiness and amazing adventures.

21.01.2022 This caramel mud cake is a combination birthday cake for my parents, and a congratulations on them finishing their gardening renovations. Dad feeds the local magpies in his back yard and loves his new bird bath. Mum is all about her frangipani’s, flowers and ceramic animals. Every Qld garden has a toad!

17.01.2022 Happy 60th birthday Disey. A beach themed chocolate mud cake with vanilla buttercream. Her favourite colours are blue and yellow.

16.01.2022 A unicorn cake for 3 year old twins Hayley and Sophie. This was a multi coloured layered butter cake finished in buttercream.

16.01.2022 Happy 30th to Mitchell who is a bulldogs supporter. However he is from North Queensland so inside the cake are 4 layers of vanilla buttercake in the Cowboys colours that his family thought he would enjoy.

15.01.2022 Happy 1st birthday to Zaylee who had a Sesame Street themed cake. Bottom tier is a chocolate mud and top tier is a vanilla.

14.01.2022 Happy birthday to Cooper who is a Harry Potter fan. Had a lot of fun making these toppers. Cupcakes are chocolate mud, with a vanilla buttercream topping.

07.01.2022 Happy 5th birthday to my nephew Harvey who absolutely loves dinosaurs. He requested a strawberry flavoured cake. So this is a strawberry buttercake layered and finished in strawberry flavoured buttercream.

04.01.2022 Happy birthday to Jack who wanted this exact image on his cake and for it to be surrounded in kit kat’s. The cake itself is a vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream.

03.01.2022 Sorry I haven’t posted for a while. I have been busy making so many birthday and celebration cakes. I only post those that are a little different from the norm and today’s delivery was just that. I had so much fun making this Cars themed cake for 2 year old Jackson. This is a caramel mud with a white chocolate ganache filling. Happy birthday Jackson.

03.01.2022 Happy birthday to Mel. This is a chocolate mud cake with choc ganache filling and also finished in chocolate ganache, with some choc sprinkles around the sides.

03.01.2022 Happy birthday to Penny who requested LOL cupcakes for her 7th birthday. As with LOL dolls, there was a hidden jelly baby in the cupcake. These were gluten and lactose free strawberry flavoured buttercake, with a dairy free strawberry buttercream.
