15.01.2022 Australia Day holds mixed emotions in these lands as we both celebrate this beautiful place we get to call home & greieve the journey of the original custodians of this land, our Australian Aboriginal people. Today, while I lay in the sunshine on an unusually crowded beach I cant help but look across the shores & over each headland & wonder what it all looked like before we all arrived. The thriving bush & teaming seas. A gentle foot print of humans. As years go on & I hav...e absorbed the lessons of living in many different environments & birthing a flourishing tribe of babies, my consciousness of ALL of what we have is weighty... non of it is truly our OWN! it is a gift from the greatest giver of gifts ever! We are entrusted to steward ALL of what we have in a way that honors the giver of all these gifts. That requires intentionality in ALL areas of life. In our marriages, friendships, the raising of our children, the running of businesses, the doing of our work, our spending, our waste management, our food choices ... all of it. for us... doTERRA is PART of these intentional choices.
