22.01.2022 We came across the PERMA theory of wellbeing during the early days of Flourish coming together and it aligned perfectly with what we were aspiring to create. Developed by Dr Seligman (Psychologist), the PERMA theory is made up of five components that not only increase aspects of wellbeing but also decrease psychological distress helping people to flourish in life. We wanted to create a space not only for people to create, but to build connection, take time to slow down and ...do something for yourself and leave with a sense of accomplishment.
