11.01.2022 It’s ok to not be ok - but it can be hard for some to reach out for help - today is all about remembering to check in with family & friends and how they are doing and not just today, but whenever we sense things aren’t ok! I love this infographic on how to keep the conversation going, because it can feel just as hard for those asking sometimes, as those experiencing feelings leaving them not feeling ok. So today on R U OK day, ask yourself am I ok and if not reach out for support. Ask others r they ok and if not, dig a little deeper, you could save a life by caring enough to ask

05.01.2022 One of the most important things I’ve learnt for healing and optimal physical & mental health, not only myself, but for clients? YOU CAN’T POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP! So on the weekend I spent an amazing 2 nights and days re-filling my cup. Being totally nourished by beautiful gluten free, dairy free plant based food, by connection with other women (all of whom I met on arrival - yep I went away alone, not knowing a soul, but feeling like the other women I met had been long ti...me friends - the universe truly brings you what you need), by yoga in an amazing purpose built studio, by art therapy, journaling & reading in the sun, by walks on the property with the chickens roaming freely and most of all nourished by re-connecting with myself and my heart space. I cannot be more grateful for Angie Cowan of Love Life and Gluten Free for creating the beautiful nurturing safe space at Heartspace Retreat, my cup is truely full and I will be back.
