20.01.2022 Sleep is for the weak Said no one sensible, ever! Are you making sure that you get enough sleep each night? You can’t pour from an empty cup people... you need to care for yourself before you can lift up anyone else in your life. Aim to get between seven and eight hours of sleep every night to fill your body, mind and soul with the energy and resilience they need to face each day. If you’re spreading yourself too thin, you’re going to struggle to see results in any area of ...your life. Your efforts at work or study, your precious time with your family and your work on YOURSELF will all suffer without proper rest and restoration. What excuses are you making about how little sleep you’re getting? How can you realistically improve your quality of sleep today? Some examples: Stop using digital devices one to two hours before bedtime. Take a warm or cool shower before bed to raise or lower your core body temperature depending on the climate. Spend some time outside each day, especially in the sun, to boost your natural biological rhythms.
