12.01.2022 If you know me personally or professionally you probably know that I am a huge believer in the love, connection and hope of rainbows. I have shared rainbow rituals with many of the families I’ve met. Today I share a cause that is dear to my heart. Sam & Connie’s brother/ sister bond has always touched my heart. Their courage and tenacity to raise funds for research to vanquish all cancer is awe inspiring. Brain cancer is currently taunting my family. It wants to suck ...away the joy & laughter but I am with Sam & Connie I want to wear rainbows, run/ walk /mosey for a cure and be inspired by Connie’s motto that now is awesome. 10.01.2022 This is a great article for week 2 of school. Children need down time, as parents it’s important to check our expectations and provide leadership in this area.

04.01.2022 Life is unpredictable there will be curve balls that are difficult to dodge and we will sometimes get knocked down. One of the things we can influence during tough times is making space to nurture our inner peace and calm. Allowing all the roller coaster of feelings to have some space and be expressed. What small routine do you have or what can you establish to help find inner calm?
