22.01.2022 I have a confession for you today! Believe it or not, I used to EAT BREAD at night for a snack At first it didn’t seem like a big deal, but then I noti...ced a downside of the habit a few extra kilo’s, poor sleep, and lack of energy in the morning! I knew I had to do something to stop. So, here is exactly what I did... I completely changed up my nighttime routine so I could avoid all the old temptations I got rid of the bread from the pantry (buried deep down in the freezer!) I started getting out the kitchen or any space that would make crave bread and I started replacing with new habits at night Journaling, reading etc It was HARDER than I thought it would be. And the payoffs have totally been worth it. THE UPSIDE When I did crave a snack at night I replaced it with a healthy alternative (nuts, celery stick etc), having more energy, sleeping better and starting to see the waste line shed that bodyfat! Have you ever kicked a bad habit? What was it and how did you do it!?

02.01.2022 Well here we GO GO AGAIN. A % I am back...at the gym! I got to say being away has taught me a few things or Two Made me gain some insights of how I would ...like to approach my Fitness and Clients Training for the future! I now believe we need #mothernature and online accountability too... So we are going to do all three...1 #outdoorworkouts with some #sunshine #functionaltraining , 2 gym for some good old #strengthtraining and 3 #onlineaccountability to keep us on track.
