21.01.2022 Just found out I can have more clinic time this week so seeing if anyone would like to bliss out on the massage table for an hour.......for only $50!!!

19.01.2022 Kicking off a new lap of the sun & new venues. All next week will be doing 2 for 1 massage &/or personal movement sessions. Two one hour sessions for $70...pretty good value!!!! Can also be between 2 people & have one each. Had the best birthday surf this morning

We are a group of specialist practitioners who also combine for urban retreats & call ourselves Wellness Crew. Amazing value to experience all these practitioners in one place & all proceeds to lifeline.

11.01.2022 Absolutely loved facilitating the movement sessions at our first Wellness Crew event, a fundraiser for Lifeline, held at Healthspace in Mona Vale. The participants were treated to HypMeditation, a range of treatment modalities, movement/dance, make up skills, a sound bath, delicious food, fun & socialising. The whole thing had such a lovely positive feel about it. There were 10 practitioners, a sold out event & $1400 was raised for Lifeline. Feeling very fortunate to be part of this talented, professional & happy group. Bring on the next one!!
