Not just to survive but thrive! The collective narrative is pretty negs & daunting these days, with a huge shift and awareness coming out! What we DO have control over is how we REACT to these shifts & shadow vibes. Strip it back and work on what you can control - your own well-being.... ~ YOGA is an opportunity to put the introspection goggles and go within and be present - as well as taking the physical form to some amazing shapes & breath work. ~ Im no corporate fat cat here, just a YOGA LOVER that wants to share this healing modality that brings her so much joy & vitality to anyone at any level who’s keen to learn!
