Our trainers and yogis have been busy behind the scenes filming videos for our new on demand online platform. 22.01.2022 For those who haven't made it to @tailored_by_jax divine Sunday afternoon Yin classes, you now have a chance to experience her passion for Yin of a Friday night with The Summer Solstice series. Jax has been practicing yoga for over 14 years. She immediately fell in love with the effects the practice had on her body, mind and spirit. After quitting her corporate career she spent 2.5 years travelling throughout Europe and living in London trying to find herself. She then decided to travel to India to pursue her passion for yoga. Jax spent 6 months practicing and studying, yoga, Pranayama, Philosophy & Anatomy in India. Soon after she completed her first teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga under her teacher Vijay Kumar in Mysore, India. Since then Jax has completed over 1000hrs of teacher training.

19.01.2022 A stunning morning forecast tomorrow, perfect to kick off our Summer boot camps!! Boot camps start running again tomorrow at Centennial Park (the Paddington Gates) in the same spot as previously. We’ll be running one 45 minute class each day, from Monday through until Saturday - but we’ll make adjustments according to popularity. Classes will be 6.30am during the week and 8am Saturdays.... Up to 20 people can train in each class and there’s plenty of equipment to give you a cracking outdoor workout. Classes will be a mixture of strength, core and cardio with Kettlebells, dumbbells and bands. And stairs. Plenty of stairs! Book through the timetable.

05.01.2022 We’ve recruited a new legend! If you haven’t already spied her, @bellemccutcheon is a new member of the Personal Training team - a qualified trainer and Yoga instructor. I help my clients achieve their goals through education and empowerment. Education is elevation! I help them understand WHY they want to train, help them goal set properly and set them up with sustainable ways to break and build habits. In terms of training: weight loss and strength work with a side of yog...a - I am huge on mobility, it’s one thing to lose weight or lift weights but being mobile while we do those things helps us feel better and sets our foundation for longevity. 05.01.2022 This is why we do what we do. Bravo @johnnyrockstar01 In a significant birthday year, I realised I needed to look at my health and wellness more closely. I’ve never been to a gym, the thought of it gave me anxiety, but I needed to start somewhere in order to create a new structure and regime. From the first minute I walked into Flow, I felt at ease with the instantly welcoming staff. They appreciated that I was a novice and their great advice allowed me to ease into it. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or out of my depth. After only five weeks I am now doing Spin daily, yoga three times a week and starting Summit on Friday. I have already seen huge changes in just that short time. Most importantly, I’m excited to go every day which I never thought would happen in this lifetime.

05.01.2022 We have some great memories in the last few years, but this is one of our faves. In 2015 we set out to raise $100,000 for charity Beyond Blue and we did it! We were so proud to hand over this huge cheque to a brilliant charity.
