20.01.2022 MERRY CHRISTMAS! We hope you're all having an amazing christmas and you're all psyched for the new year! To add to the excitement we wanted to give you a couple things to really look forward to: The first is the announcement of our incredible Kilter Board. With a fully adjustable Lémur Design electronic frame.... Climb ICP have really set us up with this great piece of kit. Get ready because you'll be able to use this and the rest of our walls as of February 2021! That's right, just a couple more months and Flow will be live and ready. 20.01.2022 The Flow Team got to spend a couple solid days down at Climb ICP Headquarters last month! It was such an amazing course and we all came away with more knowledge, tips and style. The routes are the foundation of our gym and we are so psyched to be working with such an amazing crew :D Hope the Sunny Coast is ready for some big shapes!

12.01.2022 Whew! It's been a busy week! We've been working hard to build our office and hold storage. What you don't get to see is the hard work from Electricians, Plumbers and builders to get it to the final finished product. Looking forward to when we hand over to Climb ICP

03.01.2022 Wow! This last week has been amazing. We never imagined such a huge amount of support and interest. Thank you everyone for your comments, messages, phone calls and views. To thank you all for helping us kick off with such a great start we've decided to do something special. We rolled some pretty big dice and chose 5 random people who have liked our page and we're sending them a free 100ml bottle of our liquid chalk.
