09.01.2022 P O S T N A T A L P I L A T E S We are so excited to announce that our beautiful Physiotherapist Marni Smith will be running a postnatal mums and Bubs reformer Pilates class every Tuesday at 10am starting on the 20th April. As this is a clinical session run by a physiotherapist you can claim these sessions on your health insurance extras cover if you have it, there is a Hicaps machine on site so we can claim direct on the day ... We require you to have a 1:1 physiotherapy consultation before commencing this class to assess your suitability. This is generally recommended 6 weeks post natural delivery and 12 weeks post cesarean.
