25.01.2022 I went completely decadent for my lunch break today and drizzled some of Emily’s vegan green goddess dressing on top of my eggs. Loving the mist and the rain, especially when there’s good, hot food and drink around

25.01.2022 This weekend is chock-a-block at Crystal Waters: On Friday, our friend Kathy is hosting a morning tea for Mental Health Awareness from 10 AM, with speakers and live music performances. The legend Emily Maguire will be playing songs from 11:30 AM. On Saturday, we have the Crystal Waters Market, with a stand up mic, good food and coffee, seedlings and vegetables, and plenty of social distancing in the open air. Covid-safe protocols in place.... Sunday we have our regular cafe hours as scheduled with big brekkies on the menu, and then in the afternoon, a live music concert of the best local musos around, including Sweet Chilli and Linsey Pollack. Covid-Safe protocols in place again. Just saying...could be a good weekend to hire a cabin from the visitors' camping and cabin hire area, the Eco Park(crystalwaters.org.au)! Cheers, and happy weekend to all. :)

25.01.2022 I’m pretty chuffed with this tomato soup and accompanying homemade herbed cheese crackers that I made...it was yesterday’s perfect dinner and today’s perfect brunch! Add to that some scrumptious baked goods and we are all ready for action. Come see us 9:00 - 2:30 today through Sunday.
