20.01.2022 Svadhyaya Yoga studio in Evans Head will be closing. Date TBA. I will continue with my Monday night Vinyasa yoga class and will be working from Evans Head Massage Clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at this stage.

08.01.2022 I'm seeking 2-5 people that would like to do 4-6 block of holistic counselling sessions with myself. Holistic Counselling explores emotional and psychological aspects from a mind, body, spirit approach. I use relaxation strategies, mindfulness strategies, coaching/goal settings, positive psychology, and process work together. It would be suited towards someone working on addressing general mental health issues such as; depression, anxiety, grief, mild-moderate PTSD, and general emotional life stress. It is also appropriate for someone just seeking personal and spiritual growth. I am currently PACFA accredited student counsellor. Fees are on a sliding fee scales depending upon your earning capacity. ($30- $70 per session). I can do zoom or face to face contact in Evans Head area.
