However, in a day and age where information and answers are only a click away, it’s easy to see why people expect results instantly.... The results you’re chasing don’t happen overnight. They take time, dedication and commitment. You need to build habits, learn new skills and create a lifestyle. You need to learn to count calories for your specific goal. You need to learn how to hit your macronutrient targets, and most importantly your protein target. You need to balance your hard work with rest & digest time. Getting enough sleep, food and water to recover effectively. Learn how to perform basic movements patterns safely and efficiently before loading them up. Begin to educate yourself on how to manipulate training variables such as reps, sets, tempo and rest to create a desired physiological adaption. Lift with purpose and intensity.
