25.01.2022 Well, here we are at the end of another year and what a year it has been. We just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful and safe holiday. We have loved sharing in everyone's achievements and watching ideas grow into businesses along with seeing our Members reach their business goals. We have really enjoyed watching relationships develop and member's sharing their skills and collaborating on projects together. That is what is it is all about, supporti...ng and growing together. We are so pleased to be part of this business community. You all make Flowspace an amazing place to come to work. Can't wait to see where 2020 takes us all. 22.01.2022 HOW TO: get flow Come and get in the zone with us in our co-working space. Once you book in your space, make sure you have these things with you before you come in to get into your flow. Whatever tech you need to get work done - laptop, phone, etc! Don’t forget to pack chargers too...we’ll take care of the wifi.... Something to take notes in; you might want to go for a wander down to the beach (which takes MINUTES to get to) and take a notepad and pen with you. 16.01.2022 Were doing our part to keep essential businesses going! In these difficult times were doing all we can to provide a haven for people to keep working and while were able to stay open we will. We are taking the health of our members very seriously and everyone is doing their part to support one another and small business. Members who can work from home are doing so (were enabling them to pause their membership while theyre not coming in). Heres whats happening at Flowsp...ace: weve reduced our seats so every hotdesk is at least 1.5 m apart (some are 2m +) board room and meeting room available for essential meetings only - max 4 people in boardroom and 2 in meeting room.... although these rooms are currently being used mostly for individuals logging into online meetings where our members need privacy this means well have no more than 20 people in our entire space at any time.... 6.35 square metres per person which is well within guidelines. every member uses hand sanitiser as they enter and leave nobody is entering if theyve been on a plane in the past 14 days nobody is entering if theyre unwell or have been exposed to someone who is unwell in previous 14 days all surfaces (including coffee machine, fridge, door handles, desks, printer, lockers, bathroom, tv remotes etc) are disinfected twice a day and meeting rooms immediately after theyre used.(people use the same desk all day, we have no shared phones or computers so less transfer opportunities than your typical office ) only one person in the kitchen at a time The upside of all this is that: our members are getting great work done without interruption and although chats are at a distance and not frequent, the sense of community and humanity is palpable our high speed internet is enabling effective online meetings and every other form of digital online work our coffee is awesome... Thankyou The Margaret River Coffee Company members can arrange to come in evenings, early mornings, weekends etc to fit in with adjusted family schedules (secure access) we have print facilities available for those needing printing done - up to A3 size, colour, B/W we have disabled our online booking function for non-members so we can screen all new guests. If youre not a member but you really need somewhere to work from please call us on 63143061, email [email protected] or message us here through Facebook. Provided you commit to adhere to our safety protocols, were happy to provide you with the support you need with no long-term contracts, paid weekly or daily.
