23.01.2022 We are Baaaaaack! Next Sunday is ALSO The United Nations International Day of Yoga! $5 class - $1 Chai - $5 108 Suns Challenge... To celebrate I'm putting on a class at 2pm, then free CHAI at 3:15pm and from 3:30pm we will begin our annual attempt at 108 Suns....yes one hundred and eight sun salutations! You can choose to come to the class, chai and / or the suns challenge, totally up to you. It is a challenge, and yes you will be sore, but we have many secret weapons. 1. our breath 2. each other - we will do this together 3. a passionate and loving leader hahaha! 4. music So JOIN IN on an all levels, beautiful flowing yoga class at 2pm. If you want a chai please BYO your own cup. Then at 3:3pm those willing will do the 108 Suns for 2020. Please feel welcome to do what you can. There is no judgment and no pressure. BOOKING are essential and online www.flowstudio.com. Becuase of restrictions the 4 m rule will apply. Handwashing available but please come with clean hands and feet:) BYO mat if you can otherwise have mine.

06.01.2022 Thank you SO MUCH for the positive response to the idea of YOGA IN THE GARDENS. I've just got a permit from council this afternoon! Weather is looking 80% rainy AND 100% windy, so I will schedule for next weekend - a Saturday class and a Sunday class at 9 or 10 am next weekend. I will post the link to booking online.
