25.01.2022 Hi from Flow to Grow cafe, we are still open and remember if the doors are open the coffee machine is ready. With the issues surrounding health at this time, if you worry about being around people but still want your barista made coffee, home made pie or toastie, you are welcome to call us on 4064 2262, place your order and we will bring it to your car for you. Take care.

24.01.2022 Flow to Grow Cafe will be open as usual from tomorrow, however given the current requirements there will be no dine in, we will only offer takeaway from our full menu. You can phone your order to be ready when you arrive and yes we do have eftpos facility. Believing that this situation will be resolved very soon.

15.01.2022 From Saturday 16 May 2020, Flow to Grow Cafe will be open for both dine in and takeaway from 7am. In accordance with COVID 19 legislation we ask that customers observe the social distancing requirements including restriction of dine in being ten (10) customers seated at any one time. Customers requiring takeaway only are welcome to telephone their order through on 4064 2262. Stay safe and enjoy your weekend.

13.01.2022 Daveena has been busy cooking up home made pies, delicious beef or chicken, sweet potato and leek or cheese and onion (the cheese one is Daveena's grandmothers recipe and tastes great, well they all do). From Tuesdy 29 October we will be open as usual Tuesday to Friday from 5.30am and close at 2pm. Saturday open at 7am and close at 2pm, Sunday open at 8am and close at 1pm.

Mothers Day is coming up and here at Flow to Grow Cafe we are still serving delicious home made pies, toasties and eats as well as barista made coffee on local Mungalli milk of your choice (full cream, low fat, lactose free) or other milks. We stock all Mungalli Dairy products and if we do not have it in we can get it for you, just ask.... We have been busy sourcing a range of products that would make wonderful Mothers Day gifts including Salt Lamps, natural Soaps, natural Perfumes, Incense and assorted gifts, come in and see what your mum would like, or if you cannot decide why not get a Gift Certificate.
