24.01.2022 2020 has brought me lessons in resilience, patience and acceptance. While change and uncertainty can be difficult, the opportunity for growth and perspective shifts, and the pursuit of mastery in the art of gratitude, are the true building blocks of life in all it's pain and beauty. There is no such thing as a perfect life and there is never a plateau point in which we can stop and have our growing and living 'finished'.... That's why I'm really grateful for this year. I'm grateful for the many, many lessons experienced that have been both hard and joyous. This year has taught me that everything is a moveable feast & good things can happen through challenge and adversity. And if we can only look at life through the lens of gratitude then any situation can be turned into an opportunity for learning.
