07.01.2022 Replacing motor bearings in a cooling tower at Crown Metropol for D&E Air Conditioning. This job, completed a few weeks ago, was done onsite, in the cooling tower, meaning minimal down time. In addition to replacing the motor bearings our team replaced the rear fan cover due to corrosion, cleaned up corrosion on the motor frame, coated for future protection and laser aligned the pulleys and V-belts. The cooling tower was back up and running smoothly and quietly within 8 hours.
