09.01.2022 This job had its challenges, but there is a right product for every job. This back room had years of water damage, which both ruined the carpet and deteriorated the concrete. Making the concrete soft, produced lots of cracks, brittle and worn away. We put down a vabor barrier down to stop further moisture damage and levelled up the floor with a cementitious screed making it stronger and like new. We applied a light grey basecoat first followed by a charcoal pearl and titan...ium reflector. With the top coat on, this floor is pretty much bullet proof, ready for years of wear and tear.
