First set is safron orange with copper, bronze and white laced through. Second set is royal purple, amethyst, lavender, white and a hint of pewter.... 20.01.2022 Recently I held a little giveaway on the page for a tray, the winner having the option to choose their own colour blends for the resin inlay etc. Not only did the giveaway of the tresin tray take place; there was also gave away a beautiful Cherry Wood pendant and earring set. Very happy to hear that the pendant and earring set has reached it's new owner, Alison Wilson :) Now I can reveal the finished tray that was won by Elspeth Reynolds in the live draw. Elspeth gave me fre...e reign on the colour realm for her tray - I knew exactly which ones to choose. So here's the finished cured tray all ready to go to it's new home. 12.01.2022 Here's my next installment in the Key Board venture! These colours are a HUUUUGE step outside my normal selection process, but I have to say that they have come together just brilliantly!! Featuring a deep red, black, gold and champagne blend that reflects so vividly in the sunlight. Another one of a kind piece - when I say one of a kind, it's because the colour patterns and presentation cannot be replicated. Yes it's the same base as a previous creation, but every result ...is different, and with this one it's got the crazy fighting octopus arms as holders The screws in the board are only small ones at present so they are able to be removed and longer ones inserted for installation onto timber or on a wall, however you choose to mount it. The key holder is approximately 39.5cm in width, and at the highest point 18.8cm in height, with a depth of approximately 1.3cm. Can you see this as your new key holder in your home? 11.01.2022 One of the hardest things to do when you're working with colour is to step outside of your comfort zone and embrace the challenge of using colours that "don't do it for you", or just "aren't ones you normally like". I realised this when I started doing a bit of a stocktake of current items and there are so many purples, blues and similar shades used in pieces - and lots of ocean ones too!! So it was a big jump to try the realm of RED.... Presenting L A V A - a lovely bamboo tray that features the brightest red, orange, white and copper throughout. This wonderful family business has been so generous with their support, I just can't thank them enough If you're travelling through, stop in and have a coffee, something to eat, and enjoy growing through the gifts they have on offer; not just form Fluid Existence- but others too ...
