25.01.2022 Fluid Recycle systems are pleased to offer our new mobile vacumatic sludge dewatering process system. This system was installed on the East Coast of Australia for Horizontal Directional Drilling on Sand Stone, concrete Clay Base slurry. The system successfully processed 70,000 Litres (18,500 gal) per day for a total 4 weeks. The water was reused at the drill site and solids taken away as landfill. The client found that productivity was up due to cleaner drilling fluids allo...wing a greater drill rate. The elimination of transporting spent drilling fluids off site meant the operator could continue to work with no interruptions or downtime. The system is available for Hire or Sale. This site predominately shale stone had 850,000 Litres of muddy water that required to be removed before construction could commence.
