22.01.2022 It’s been a busy few days in the garden and kitchen we’ve been cooking up a storm. So here’s a few pictures of new items we have available mmmmm smells so good in here.
22.01.2022 We came home to a nice little stash today, mmmmm so many favorites papayas, mulberries, eggs, eggplants and a few cape goose berries. What goodies shall I make out of these?
20.01.2022 Chinese Szechuan pickled garlic, thinly sliced. Now this one is to die for, love it when an experiment comes out better than expected mmmm yummo won’t be any colds or flus in this house when we’re eating it like lollies.
19.01.2022 Omg my most favorite thing in the world.........caramel mmmmmm thought I’d share some salted caramel so I have bottle some up , great present for your hard working teachers as were getting closer to end of the school year yyaayyyy, or perfect for a sneaky treat and all gluten and preservative free.
16.01.2022 The dehydrator is full of goodies from this morning’s harvest and the micro herb garden has been refilled as they were all eaten, kids have been loving them.

We also have 2 packs of blueberry jam donut muffins for $5 and a 4 pack of dreamy vanilla and buttercream cupcakes for $20 boxed up and ready to go in celebration of Brianna and Taylor’s Birthday

I am feeling extremely proud and honored to be working alongside Deb from Running Creek Beef to create and present to you the Country Heart and Soul Dinner on Saturday 26th June at Running Creek Beefs farm. The Farm to Plate experience will be full of taste sensations highlighting many Local Scenic Rim Produce. 12.01.2022 First day of the school holidays and we cooked up a storm with the second batch of mulberries mmmm Mulberry Jam and Mulberry syrup. So excited we kept a nice 800g container of jam and 750ml bottle of syrup for the family as we have been patiently waiting. I’m sure neither will see it to back to school lunches lol.

05.01.2022 The cape gooseberries have been coming along in small batches so have been freezing them till they have enough friends to make a batch of jam and today was the day yyyaayyyyy. Omg everything tastes so much better when it comes straight out of your own garden.
