20.01.2022 I’ve put off writing an update until now because to be honest, I had no idea what to say! As most of you might know, we’re a small family business known as Flux Engineering to our marine and industrial customers, Flux Vans to our hospo/food van clients and Ninapatina for our smaller niche metal art and sculpture customers. Our doors are now closed to the public BUT.. Adam and I are here every day, our factory is still fully operational with all of our machinery, mill guillo...tine, CNC plasma, lathe, mig, tig, pipe bender, bandsaws, rollers etc. We are taking orders, and do delivery. We have all the time in the world to make whatever your heart desires! Need some new custom outdoor furniture, yard art, a fire pit with your own design, new set of gates, custom benches, sculpture, privacy screen? Hit us up! Do you have a metal project or some metal repairs you need done? Give us a call! Got some metal pieces or parts you need for your own project while you’re stuck at home? Drop us a line! Need some bespoke cabinet handles or hooks made for your kitchen you’ve just rearranged because you’re stuck at home? Let us know! We’ve set up a little area at the front of the workshop with our existing artwork, I’ll be updating social media regularly with existing and newly completed work and we can \ Facetime you if you need a closer look at any work you might like. We do contactless payment as well as contactless delivery to all the Huon and Hobart, and shipping can be arranged Australia wide. 19.01.2022 With every obstacle comes the opportunity to grow. The current Covid situation has meant we adapt or say goodbye. Although there will be no more food vans from us, we're still here and plan to focus all of our energy on manufacturing and fabrication. This seems very fitting for our 6th birthday this week. To celebrate being in business for 6 years, and the grand opening of our new physical retail space "Ninapatina" there will be a giveaway on the Ninapatina page. 15.01.2022 We're dedicated to providing the best quality product at Flux, and we feel the best way to do this is to ensure we have workers that are happy, productive and focused. This is why we have switched to a 4 day working week effective last fortnight. From now on we will be available to work the same amount of hours (40) but from Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. We understand this will take a bit of time to adjust to for our clients, so please drop us a line or give us a call if you have any questions. Nina :)
