Here’s what she had to say: ‘For my entire life I have struggled with my weight and tried every diet possible, yet never had success. It wasn’t until I had weight loss surgery (WLS) that I started to take my life back and with the help of Flying Fit Food I have been able to achieve great nutrition and feel amazing! I have found there is a variety of food options available each wee...k, the food is of great quality and it is actually so yum! (It is also a bonus that my kids love many of these meals too!) The best part is that everything is delivered to my door each week, already packaged and just has to go in the fridge. I am also so time poor (like most are these days) and usually have zero time to organise myself lunch and used to resort to take away food and snacks from the vending machine however these meals have stopped me slipping back into these bad behaviours and helped keep my weight off.
