22.01.2022 Flying Foam is proud to have been the appointed brewing consultant for the expansion of one of Western Australias leading craft breweries Indian Ocean Brewing Company. The expansion project of this innovative and recognised craft brewery involved a doubling of its current capacity up to 400,000 litres per year guaranteeing the supply of Indian Ocean Brewing Companies quality artisan brewed products to a growing customer base in Western Australia and on the eastern seaboard.... The design brief has seen the brewery foot print expand into the public area of the popular Indi venue at The Marina Mindarie presenting an interactive experience between brewing operations and the general beer loving public. The expansion will see the growth of the key core range of award winning beers and cider including, American Pale Ale - ABV 5.2%, Export Lager ABV 4.8%, Street Beer ABV 3.6%, Sundowner Cider ABV 4.6%. In addition, the expansion allows for a continual four-week rotation of specialist small batch brews all year round.
