21.01.2022 MINDFIT FOR MUMS GROUP STARTING IN MAY! This photo was taken two years ago when I first started developing my MindFIT for Mums program and this May, I am finally starting a MindFIT for Mums FB group to support the incredible women who support me and who support my beautiful MindFIT girls! What I knew back then and what I know even more today is that how WE as Mums, think, feel and act at home, deeply affects how our girls think, feel and act in the world. ... Almost ALL of the young girls and women I coach, worry A LOT about their Mums. They keep a lot to themselves because they believe that Mum has too many problems of her own and they don't want to make her more worried and stressed. Their desire to be seen as a 'good girl', in your eyes, whether they are eight or eighteen, outweighs everything else. The truth is, we ALL want our kids to have a great life. We want them to be happy, successful, smart, kind, loving and helpful to others yet if WE are not choosing to show up in the world like this, why would they? If they can't SEE it, they can't BE it! Our girls (and boys!) can read us like a book, so I created MindFIT for Mums to help YOU to turn the page, sharpen your pencil and start writing a new kickass chapter for yourself that inspires HER to write her own kickass chapter! Thank you to ALL the women who support me so I can continue supporting girls and young women. Its now my turn to support YOU! Whether you are just starting your mothering journey, in the thick of it or an empty nester that has safely made it to the other side, we want to hear from you. If you want to be a part of this free MindFIT for Mums group, just request to join on this page under groups or like my Flying Minds page and let me know in the comments so I can send you an invite! See you in the group on 1 May! INSPIRE | NURTURE | GROW

19.01.2022 HOW DO YOU HANDLE FEEDBACK? Last week I had an interview for a position I have been working towards for some time. It was further than I wanted to travel but I decided to give it a go anyway. I didn't check all of the boxes but I knew I could do the job and I also knew the feedback would be invaluable. So, the interview went well but a few days later I received the 'thanks but no thanks' email and instead of graciously requesting feedback, I found myself curled up in a ball... feeling totally rejected. The strange thing was, I had already decided I wouldn't take the job if offered to me, so why did this news affect me so deeply? The truth is, I knew exactly why I felt so bad. The barrage of negative self talk I dished out to myself was completely to blame and in that moment, I just wanted to feel bad, so I binged on Netflix and rode it out. Thankfully, I was able to pull myself out of my pity party and request feedback. As I read the response, I felt a huge amount of relief as I discovered that I just needed to check the boxes I hadn't already, so now I'm booked in for the extra training and will be ready for the next opportunity that comes my way. Sometimes we fear feedback so much that we don't seek it at all and that is the very thing we all need! When is the last time you asked for feedback and how did you handle it?

16.01.2022 I just wanted to take a moment to congratulate my incredible son for believing in himself and starting his own website design business called Wolf Web Designs! Harry is a first year design student who not only has a passion and talent for designing websites, but has a deep desire to be of service to others. His service mindset drives everything he does and its what keeps him up till all hours of the morning finding that perfect image or exact layout that his clients are looking for. This is just the beginning for our compassionate and creative young man and I hope his journey inspires other young people to focus not on whether they think they are capable, but instead on how they can be of service to others.

15.01.2022 Have you ever blown your own mind? Have you ever had that moment where you felt like it all came together and you have no idea how it happened? You literally couldn't believe you finally DID IT! I had this yesterday when I finally completed my new program for 18+ women called 'Embrace My Face'. I had felt blocked with this for sometime and was procrastinating and finding excuses for why I couldn't get it finished. 'Is this not meant to be? Am I just not great at writing pro...grams anymore? Is the world trying to tell me something? Am I on the wrong path?' These are some of the questions I have been asking myself head and what I have realised is that THOSE very questions were what was keeping me stuck! So two days ago I wrote all of these negative questions onto my whiteboard so I could take a good look at them and then I rubbed them out and decided to never think them again! Then I wrote some better questions on my whiteboard to help me make this program my best yet. I began asking myself 'How can I help my girls to love themselves? What skills can I teach young women to help them to figure out who they are becoming? How can I add an incredible amount of value to their lives? What would have helped me when I was 18 and just starting out?' These questions sent me into a three day creative blitz where I couldn't stop writing. These questions took me out of feeling powerless and full of self-doubt and threw me straight into no BS mode! Sometimes we don't see how we are blocking ourselves and instead we blame our busy lives, or the kids, or our husbands or working full time and the end result is we give up on our contribution and worse than that, we give up on ourselves! So are you asking questions that help you or hurt you in your life? Write down all the negative thoughts that are circling in your mind right now and make a decision to rub them out and replace them with better ones! I challenge you to do this everyday and see if you too can blow your own mind too!

09.01.2022 Today I am taking a moment to look back to the time when my vision for Flying Minds was as tiny as this little egg. I remember being woken up at three or four in the morning for months on end by a flood of ideas about how I was going to bring my vision to life and how I was going to change the world in some way. I had ten massive posters on the walls of my outdoor space which was not renovated at the time, and every single morning I would fly out of bed, grab my markers and b...rainstorm all of my ideas and dreams for my business and once I started I couldn't stop. Now I have created my perfect coaching space, I have the most amazing clients and can't believe how far my vision has come. What really drove me to pursue my vision was my mission to help fight loneliness which is a massive growing problem, especially for our children and young adults. Two young children in my community had taken their own lives at that time and I thought it was such BS that these amazing young humans felt that ending it all was their only option. So behind my brand stands a mission that gets me out of bed before the sun every single day. I want to change the world by empowering our young people and their parents with tools and strategies for growing a healthy mind, because how we think matters! Maybe if those amazing children had been taught how to turn their obstacles into opportunities, their fear into courage and their self-doubt into self-belief, they would still be here today. So what is inside your little egg? What vision do you have for your future and how are you going to bring it to life and make a difference in the world? Every vision starts like this tiny little egg, and if you believe in it and nurture it every single day, you will not only create a life you love, but you will help to create a better future for all of us! Love n smiles Natalie For more information about our Mind FIT coaching programs, please email Natalie at [email protected].
