This covers insurance, parking at YBAF and annual inspection . Non scheduled maintenance and improvements are divided between the group. This makes for a very low hourly rate currently $110/hour (Hobbs based). Plus airways and landing fees . You will be hard pressed to find another plane to fly this cheap.
