15.01.2022 With the front landscaping 99% completed, ( lots more planting to be done, but it's to hot) it's now onto the backyard..starting with the Bishop's Inn..so painting then paving

15.01.2022 Warning things aren’t all ROSES !! We discovered that someone has attempted to pull out two of the new roses!! Which occurred since yesterday afternoon. Here’s the drum ....we have set up the security cameras and if you are filmed bending over any of the fences or trespassing on the property night or day. We will not only give your image to the police we will put your photo up on all local district Facebook pages for everyone to see. We have worked incredibly hard and made lots of sacrifices to restore the convent and we are sure many of the town’s good residents of Yeoval will agree this attempt to destroy or thieve is not going to be tolerated.

11.01.2022 We are sick of Graymont trucks pulling up in Town in front of residential homes, air break noise, aircons going disturbing everyone else’s sleep. Twice in two weeks our bins are blocked by these trucks. Some empty their rubbish out on the street. We appreciate they need sleep but so do we. My partner is a shift worker. Talk to your drivers and ask them to park out of town or at truck stops.

08.01.2022 Labourer required at the Convent Forbes Street to assist in landscaping and other duties for several days starting immediately. Must be reliable, turn up, have a good work ethic, be in good health, stamina and strength. Hours 8.00 am sharp to 4.00pm with an hour lunch break (on site refrigerator available to store your lunch and drinks). You must have own transport, wear sensible work clothes and a hat. It is imperative that you are on time and mobile phone is turned off while working excluding during breaks. We will consider male or female as long as you fit the above criteria as this is labour work. $30 per hour paid weekly. If you are interested please ring 0428422332.

08.01.2022 As many have heard our little granddaughter became very ill on the weekend, extremely frightening. Thank you Murray Parker for your speed of light response & assistance. Also to Kasey and Khalid who like Murray being first responders we cannot thank you enough. The paramedics who took the baby to Dubbo were great also. We are so fortunate to have these wonderful caring people in our little community. The baby is still unwell but back at the Blue Mountains and we pray she will be fine.
