Alex Campbell is a Senior Investment Director in Infrastructure at The Fund where she is responsible for the origination and management of direct infrastructure investments and fund commitments. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Alex was a founding principal of Avoca Capital Advisors, an organisation formed in 2013 to provide expert asset management, principal investment... and advisory services. Alex has also acted as a senior executive and director of listed infrastructure at Hastings Funds Management, where she managed the Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX - a stapled fund listed on the ASX with interests in airports, seaports and land transport assets). Before joining Hastings in 2007, Alex was a senior associate with Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills), where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, and capital raisings and restructures. Shaun Manuell is a Senior Portfolio Manager in Equities at AustralianSuper. He leads all The Fund’s direct public and private equity investing in the Australian market and built the internal domestic equity capability.
