25.01.2022 Full bare-metal rebuild and suspension replacement on an Offroad remote area Tandem trailer - Not one of our trailers originally - disassemble, sandblast, fully re-weld chassis, add subframe and suspension hangers beneath existing mainframe (axles were incorrectly underslung which de-rates your suspension components - required to reverse axles back to being above springs), remove wiring harness bracketry, correct failing drawbar with braces additional welds and custom 10mm fishplates, 2 undercoats, 2 topcoats, reassemble, install wiring harness armouring, install wiring harness, install all other components, install reflective tape. Job done, very happy customer.

Drive-on drive-off, with full-length walkways for those remote access launches, removable mesh Stoneguards so you can still get in there to clean etc, gal wheels 6-stud Landcruiser turn, additional bracing added for those hard-to-get-to fully off-road tracks, spare spring, what we call a live hub (a spare hub, bearing and axle stub) mounted on the spare wheel carrier, the inclusions on this one are endless...

Drive-On drive-off setup, override hydraulic brakes with stainless steel discs and callipers, multiple recovery points, Swing around drawbar extension for beach launching, full-deck mesh walkways, side steps and skids incorporated into mudguards with infills, dual Jerry can holders, 120L water tank with 12v pump and battery setup, 15 galvanised LC wheels.

17.01.2022 UPDATE: We have now employed 4 new Staff members, 2 x Boilermakers, 1 x Welder and 1 x Vehicle Assembler. Thank you everyone that passed the word around, we had quite a few word-of-mouth applicants, and employed two of them. We now also have two new young people on board to learn the trade and pass on the skills to. 07.01.2022 Custom 8m caravan rolling out. No time for photos, it was out the door in a week lol. Special load sharing drawbar, fitted out for Hayman Reese sway bars, dual Jerry can holders, and dual gas cylinder holders. Rear and side slides outs, windows galore, aircon, there’s been no skimping on this one. 2 bedrooms (one at front with a Murphy bed, one at rear in the slide out), Bathroom(wet room) with a bathtub, full size kitchen with full size fridge, pantry, freezer, oven, double sink... timber accents all over. One of the nicest vans.

04.01.2022 Trike coffee cart. Current project, for a NFP. While not a trailer, still an Interesting job, coming together nicely. Swing up doors to sides that double as all-weather awnings, gas fridge, coffee grinder and coffee machine mounted to top, aluminium counter top, fully lockable and fitted with security system.
03.01.2022 Ah, the perfect storm - the combination of a manufactured weak point and addition upon addition, filled with additional weight right where you don’t want to put it. The strong back that was installed below the main drawbar to reinforce it has actually CAUSED a weak point as it was installed incorrectly. It needed to continue right to the end of the drawbar, otherwise the end weld causes a cross-beam weak point and it snaps right where it has, which is the exact opposite of what you install it to do. The one they put on there was to look good only to make you THINK you’re getting a big strong product, not to really be functional, either that or they didn’t actually know what they were doing it for. Then they have added all that extra weight, right over the weak point. Bada bing, bada boom.
