21.01.2022 Sporting Schools programs are booked in for this term at Caniaba PS, Corndale PS and at St. Francis Xavier in Ballina. Hockey Clubs with any coaches available to assist are more than welcome to contact Molly on 0421 612 991.

18.01.2022 After the Xmas break, COD starts again this Tuesday 28th January for the Northern Storm athletes! We are in Lismore this week starting at 5pm for the U13s and then 6.30pm for the U15s. Looking forward to having a hit again.

16.01.2022 Just finished another sporting schools program with this great bunch of yr 6 kids at Our Lady Help of Christians primary school in South Lismore. Hopefully a few of them will take up the sport one day in the future.

15.01.2022 Due to the current air quality and in the interests of athlete welfare, COD in Lismore has been cancelled this Tuesday 12th November. See you in Ballina the following week. Our thoughts go out to all our hockey families being affected by the bush fires at the moment.

13.01.2022 COD regional training In Lismore tomorrow is still on. If you can't get there for any reason or don't want to train in the conditions, that's ok.

10.01.2022 Today's COD sessions were without our Grafton athletes and it was very hot and windy. Well done to everyone who attended and pushed themselves through the day. Next training is now this Tuesday in Lismore to make up for the one we missed a couple of weeks ago.

09.01.2022 A beautiful evening in Lismore for training tonight for the u15s COD after a very hot afternoon with the u13s. Great work from everyone in the receiving and passing drills and some fantastic combinations in the small sides games. The Northern Stormers are looking good.

08.01.2022 Lots of concerns from parents at the moment if COD will go ahead in Lismore this Sunday. We'll make a call at midday tomorrow and let everyone know.

03.01.2022 Another good COD session last night in Ballina focused on passing and receiving and in particular open face receiving, knowing where our next pass is and moving our feet to give us plenty of time and space with the ball. A reminder about our first session with the Grafton COD athletes is this Sunday in Lismore. The U13s are from 9am-12noon & the U15s are from 12.30-3.30pm.... Bring drinks, snacks, sunscreen, COD uniform, hockey gear and plenty of energy. Please let Molly know if you're not going to the Regional Challenge in Bathurst (28/2-1/3/2020) so we know how many Northern Storm teams we'll be taking and so that HNSW can prepare the draw..
