We hope you have enjoyed a lovely long weekend We are back in the clinic tomorrow, with our day starting nice and early with spin @5:30am with Jeanette! There are a few spaces available so if you would like to book please message now! We also have some brand new equipment and can’t wait to share it with you all! Just a reminder about masks - please ensure you wear your mask when entering the clinic and this can be removed once at yo...ur exercise station/ during exercise, provided you are socially distanced.
