10.01.2022 This weekend Jason celebrated one year since finishing full time employment and taking the first steps towards starting FNQ Legal. Jason explains the best part of starting his own firm is having the time and flexibility to provide a high level of service to all my clients. Whether it means travelling to meetings or spending extra time with clients or their families to ensure they fully understand their claim. For me this is the best part, that and having a little extra time for fishing Speaking of fishing Jason is out of town this week doing just that, of course as a small business owner he never stops working and will be responding to phone calls and emails daily.

02.01.2022 Useful information, post 1. Details are important Being involved in a car accident is stressful and it can be a traumatic experience. If youre injured in an accident that was not your fault its important to record details of the event. ... If you get nothing else, get the registration details of the other vehicle. Without the registration details it can be very difficult to find out who the CTP (comprehensive third party) insurer is. It is also helpful to record the colour and make of the car that caused the accident, this can help either you or your solicitor to cross check details and ensure the claim is being brought against the insurer of the correct vehicle. It is also important to record the registration details of any vehicle being towed such as a trailer or boat. Sometimes injuries may not present themselves till after the event, actually writing these details down as soon as possible after the incident will ensure you have the crucial information you need to make a claim.
