20.01.2022 Just a few snaps from the yoga retreat held over the weekend just 10mins north of port Douglas. The most amazing bunch of people enjoying time to relax, reconnect with nature and ourselves.. I feel we are all very much back in our uniquely amazing souls ready to flow again with life.. 20.01.2022 Join Jaye for a gentle yoga session on a beautiful grass hill with amazing views from 9 am until 10 am and then will head on a self guided tour down to the river. You will have a choice of either taking a stand up paddle board or a kayak down the river. If you are having a light paddle it takes roughly 2 hours or if you just literally relax back it takes about 2.5 hours. You are welcome to stop and have a swim we can Also bring some snacks along and stop on the way down the river and Connect. The cost per person for the one hour yoga class and to hire either of the two options above is $70 per person. Bookings will be essential and payment will be required prior to the day... 17.01.2022 Bit of an update one the layers going on the octopus... I have started to add the opaque darker values in.. black, dark reds and also greens. This guy as you ca...n see is starting to take shape need to wait for this layer to dry before adding the lighter values and highlights it’s going to pop (have added the start to current photos to flick through and see the progress) again hard to share the unfinished versions but it gives insight into the work that goes into original art works.. hence why having original art work in the home can really bring a special vibe See more

This project started purely because I missed having my art in my space, so I decided to make some cusions to not only splash around colour but to have my original art on something unique. I will be selling cusions covers in sets of 3 for $100 and is about a 2 week turn around.. these are a super fabulous edition to any space and make an amazing gift and can have them if needed before Xmas for you to wrap up!!! ... These are the art work I have had printed so far but if any in my photo gallery tickle your fancy I can have them done also. Tomorrow is the last day of term and the kids gets to jump on Miss Jaye’s mat and teach their favourite pose to the rest of the class.. they love receiving their yoga certificates and head home to show them very proudly to their families Peace begins with me

01.01.2022 Today we explore TOGA.. that’s right, it’s a thing. It’s yoga for your toes and it even has its own song. We need to bit use our hands just our toes ( great for balance, concentration and healthy movement of the feet) to collect as many as we can before heading back to our mat to make a picture out of them or a pattern (always good for mindfulness) it’s toetally cool!!
