Starting off as a small part-time job for Grant, working with a handful of clients, Focus Body and Soul has grown into a full-time business and expanded to include yoga and school programs. The business has also proudly launched specialised programs for a broad range of clients including working with people with disabilities. With such a fantastic first year, Focus Body and Soul is looking forward to what the next 12 months brings.
