19.01.2022 Yesterday we were able to successfully negotiate a settlement for a multi million dollar asset pool with the assistance of a wonderful Mediator, fabulous Counsel and friendly Colleagues on the other side to reach a good outcome for the parties without the expense of court. It was the most wonderful mediation to be a part of and it goes to show that just because you are separated, it does not need to be messy or conflictual. I am proud of everyone involved yesterday saving the parties thousands of dollars in litigation that will instead be kept in their family
