When it comes to goal setting the long-term outcome MUST outweigh the Immediate outcome. This means... Anything that gives you an immediate outcome is going to be favourable leaving the longterm outcome un-favourable. & Anything that is favourable in the long term is not going to be created by anything that provides an immediate outcome. Whatever your goal may be, from a flat stomach to winning the Crossfit games or simply improving your health Your DAILY REPEATED habits are what cause these goals to be successful. Exercise will not provide you with an immediate outcome, it takes time, energy and consistency to build muscle, drop body fat, increase strength and increase fitness. Tracking your food will not provide you with an immediate outcome either, it takes time, energy and consistency to achieve your desired result. BUT THE LONG TERM OUTCOME WILL ALWAYS BE FAVOURABLE.
